Who are you
Why are you
These are questions that are
They look like
Eight wings, with lion heads
Mermaid tails with stars inside
They walk upon
Four hands, that tremble the earth
They have oval mouths that spout the sky
These questions
They breathe
They have heartbeats
They are sentient things that are moving
Across all my self
That be a continent
Of dreams
Who are you
Why are you
I bow before them each
I kiss their every fingers
I lay my lips upon their eyes
Shake they do
All the walls
When they send me
Who are you
Why are you
These questions two
They King and Queen.
